Buoyed by its initial success, a few years later the company decided to diversify its activities by offering precision cutting services. We also offer finishing services and operate a workshop facility that allows us to perform complex additional operations: deburring, stamping, bending, brazing, drilling and heat treatment. Working from hollow blanks, our experienced team can form tubes and profiles according to the EN12449 standard or your specific specifications. We select raw materials with great care to ensure you receive products of the best quality. The majority of our work is with non-ferrous metals such as copper and its alloys (brass and aluminium). SRI Foundry, located in Commentry, manufactures a complete range of sand castings for all business lines in self-hardening sand : pure copper, hardening precipitation copper, aluminium bronze, tin bronze, lead bronze, brass... Saint Rémy Industrie (SRI) has an integrated machining workshop which is constantly developing. This integrated machining workshop is an essential asset in the service provided to our customers because it has 7 CNC lathes including 6 3-axis CNC machines, 2 vertical machining centers and a conventional machining capacity up to Ø 1500 mm. We can provide fully machined and quality-controlled sand castings. Therefore, our customers have a single and reliable contact. Our philosophy : delivering a product that is ready to be used.
