Our company was established in 1989. We have more than 40 years of relevant international experience, including university degrees (Dipl.-Ing., MSc) and postgraduate management qualifications (MBA) in our respective fields. We supply renowned national and international foundries and model makers with all kinds of commodities, as well as consumer goods and wear parts for moulding, blasting and mixing systems. We are also a sales representative for the casting hammers of the PowerHammer Company. We have an export share of over 70% and conduct business in German, English and French. The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.

Our company was founded in 1954. In the early days of the company, fittings were produced by aluminium chill casting. At the start of the 1980s, zinc die-casting became an established part of production. Shortly afterwards, production was expanded to include the field of aluminium die-casting. Our successful company development is still shaped by a balanced relationship between tradition and progress. Today, we supply our discerning customer base across Europe – in industrial and medical technology, mechanical engineering and the automotive, construction and furniture industries – with products made by aluminium die-casting, zinc die-casting and aluminium chill casting. With our core competence in the areas of aluminium and zinc die-casting, as well as aluminium chill casting, our customers receive daily support in producing and supplying ready-to-install casting components.
