We have more than 40 years of relevant international experience, including university degrees (Dipl.-Ing., MSc) and postgraduate management qualifications (MBA) in our respective fields. We supply renowned national and international foundries and model makers with all kinds of commodities, as well as consumer goods and wear parts for moulding, blasting and mixing systems. We are also a sales representative for the casting hammers of the PowerHammer Company. We have an export share of over 70% and conduct business in German, English and French. The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.
