Responsible agriculture: The guiding principle of the estate is "to listen to nature, observe before acting or intervening": limiting treatments, only organic fertilization, soil work, bud thinning, and yield management.

Vinification
Pneumatic pressing, light settling at low temperature. Fermentation starts in tank, then transferred to barrels at the end of fermentation. Aging on fine lees with light stirring until bottling. Racking and light filtration for bottling before the heat of summer.
Tasting
• Eye | Bright pale gold color with some silver reflections.
• Nose | It is smooth and flattering, with aromas of ripe apricot and mango, as well as dried fruits.
• Palate | It is round and indulgent, presenting a slightly jammy, almost creamy character. Its finish is fresh and taut.
Recommended serving temperature: 12-14 degrees.
