INTEGRITES assists UAID Fund in financing the reconstruction
Naujausias įgyvendintas projektas ・ 2024-07-07 ・ daugiauINTEGRITES assisted a US-based private investor, UAID Fund, in financing the reconstruction of the Giraffe shopping mall destroyed by Russians in Irpin, Kyiv region, at the initial stage of the full-scale war. The mall was one of the first targets of Russian troops during their attempt to occupy Kyiv, Ukraine's capital in February-March 2022. Battle was fought on the territory of the mall, resulting in the victory of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and subsequently leading to the liberation of the entire capital region from the occupiers. INTEGRITES provided UAID Fund with the comprehensive legal advice on real estate, commercial, tax, banking and finance law issues, facilitated negotiations between the parties and with the local servicing bank, advised on the transaction up to its closing.
