Fischer Fermentgetränke GmbH - "Fischer Fermentgetränke GmbH" was founded in 2013. Our family tradition of fermenting herbs and tea blends nevertheless stretches back to 1898. We are therefore one of the oldest kombucha manufacturers worldwide. This makes our products quite unique on the market. In light of our tradition, we make every effort to use the very highest quality ingredients from controlled ecological cultivation (CEC) (Ecocert certification DE-ÖKO-005). Thanks to our long-standing experience and knowledge acquired across four generations, we regularly develop new products: for us and our business partners. Our kombucha production has remained unchanged since 1898. The fundamental belief of the Fischer family lies in the use of high-quality ingredients in a natural production and bottling process. In our traditional, hand-crafted production of kombucha, our herbs and tea recipes are fermented using our own cultures. The sugar required for this is fully consumed (<0.5 g/l). Moreover, we deliberately forego pasteurisation, heat treatment and filtering processes. This means that our home-grown cultures remain active even after bottling and develop the carbon dioxide in the bottle themselves in a natural way.

As a milk specialist, Uelzena eG produces and markets a wide range of milk-based ingredients such as butter, butterfat, skim milk powder and sweetened condensed milk in its "Uelzena Ingredients" business unit. The Ingredients business unit, which spans several locations, includes three production sites and two distribution sites, as well as a joint venture with the Uelzena Group, a dairy cooperative based in northern Germany. Customers include well-known branded companies and industrial manufacturers of baked goods, confectionery, ice cream, delicatessen, desserts and other food products throughout Europe but also beyond. Assortment: - German brand butter - Butter with vanillin or carotene - Recombined butter - Touring butter - Pure butterfat - Butterfat with vanillin or carotene - customized milk fat mixes - Milk fat fractions - skimmed milk powder - buttermilk powder - sweetened condensed milk (also in BIO quality) - caramelized sweetened condensed milk - delicatessen cream - customized dairy products/compounds Our second core competence is spray drying. On behalf of our customers, we dry products from a wide variety of product groups, such as natural colors, yeast extracts, tea extracts, protein hydrolysates, flavors, vitamins or minerals. Our customers come from the food and ingredients industry. We are certified according to: ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, IFS , ISO 50001, Kosher, Halal, Organic.
