Since 1990, a highly qualified team of engineers and physicists at FOCUS, in collaboration with external partners, have been working to ensure that FOCUS products always confirm to the latest precision welding requirements. The FOCUS MEWB-60 micro electron beam machine is used for welding work with the strictest requirements, in such fields as, among others, sensor technology, aerospace engineering, R&D and university research worldwide. Together with the recently presented FOCUS LaVa micro laser beam welding machine, this comprises our "Power Beam" product range. All products are developed, manufactured and tested in house. This is the case for the physical vacuum components, the optoelectronic components (FOCUS, Huenstetten) as well as the related electronic equipment and software (FOCUS electronics, Leipzig). The focus at our factory in Leipzig is on software development and intelligent control concepts

With our team and managing director Daniel Proba, who has a background working at a long-established electroplating company in Southern Germany, we meet your individual requirements using state-of-the-art processes and systems engineering. Our company site, comprising 5800 square metres, is located in Böbingen an der Rems, a location in Southern Germany providing optimal infrastructure and thriving nature. Our production area comprises 1400 square metres and is equipped with one of the largest fully automatic electroplating plants in Europe for precious metal coatings at the rack, enabling us to produce various gold and bronze coatings with maximum workpiece sizes of up to 16 metres – tailor-made for your projects.

precise pumps – smart solutions HNP Mikrosysteme develops, manufactures and markets pumps worldwide. These micro annular gear pumps (mzr®-pumps) are used where fast and highly precise dosage is required. Five pump series enable: - a minimum dosage volume of 0.25 µl - a flow rate range from 1 µl/h to 1152 ml/min - pressure up to 150 bar These pumps stand out for their pulseless delivery, minimal dead volume, long service life, small dimensions, highly resistant materials and ease of maintenance. Furthermore, we offer individual application advice as well as filling and dosing systems for the following areas: - mechanical and plant engineering - chemical and pharmaceutical process engineering - medical and analytical instrumentation Every metering application brings new challenges. We look forward to your inquiry and will thoroughly discuss your application as well as advise you in detail regarding pumps, systems, filters, controls, sensors and much more. HNPM is based in Schwerin (in the North of Germany). Round about 90 employees work in construction, development, quality assurance and assembly or at our technical sales team, consisting of engineers and scientists.
