Our company was established in 1989. We have more than 40 years of relevant international experience, including university degrees (Dipl.-Ing., MSc) and postgraduate management qualifications (MBA) in our respective fields. We supply renowned national and international foundries and model makers with all kinds of commodities, as well as consumer goods and wear parts for moulding, blasting and mixing systems. We are also a sales representative for the casting hammers of the PowerHammer Company. We have an export share of over 70% and conduct business in German, English and French. CAST SOLUT GmbH was founded in 2007 and distributes its products all over the world. We offer a comprehensive rapid tooling and prototyping service, from developing the concept to the first prototypes and then the final component design ready for series production. Our foundry boasts a long history dating back to the Schütz & Hertelhat engineering works, Mafa Wurzen for short, founded in 1879. This was followed 74 years later by the company VEB Maschinenfabrik und Eisengießerei Wurzen, which was transferred to the ownership of Esterer AG in 1991 and has been trading under the name "Esterer Gießerei Werk Wurzen GmbH" ever since. Together with its sister company in Altötting, Esterer Gießerei GmbH, the Wurzen-based foundry was acquired by Holding Topol GmbH in 2008. Together with Esterer Gießerei Altötting, our company is now one of the leading system suppliers in Europe. Our core areas are the manufacture of geometrically complex and core-intensive products. However, our strengths also include double-walled castings, castings with low wall strength and large components weighing up to four tonnes. We guarantee our customers the maximum possible process safety, even with challenging components.

The expertise of Reich MIM GmbH is the production of metal injection moulded parts, or MIM for short. Reich MIM GmbH is located in Schwarzenberg in the German federal state of Saxony. With over 40 employees and a production area of approx. 2200 m², Reich MIM GmbH is a medium-sized company that is entirely family-owned. MIM technology is suitable for components with a high degree of shape complexity that are to be produced without reworking (undercuts, threads). The main areas of application are automotive and mechanical engineering, measurement and control technology, precision mechanics, the lock and fittings industry, tool technology, medical technology and the field of household appliances.
