Şti.it started its activities with its name and initially managed to meet the needs of companies operating in various fields such as industrial weighing systems, telecommunications, defense industry in terms of mechanical forming. In line with our vision and mission values, we have invested in the first CNC press brake, twist, and then laser cutting machine with the demands of our customers. In 2016, we moved to the CHEMISTS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE with an indoor area of 2, 000 m2 and an outdoor area of 2, 000 m2. In addition, we have allocated 800 m2 of the section as an electro-static powder coating area. Using state-of-the-art chemicals with automatic spray washing line and robot guns, quality continues its march in line with its first goal. In a short time, with its perseverance and diligence, it has established itself as an approved supplier of the leading companies in the sector. Our young and experienced staff has adopted the quality concept as its primary goal in metal forming and dressing and has made serious investments to produce quality products. RT Makina started its corporate activity in 1974 in Turkey. We have been manufacturing for the iron and steel industry with our machinery investments in 1986 and 1994, polyurethane elastomer manufacturing was added with our new investments in 2008. Since 2014, we continue our production under the name of RT Machine (our company name has been revised as RT Makina by using the initials of our company owner Recai Tozlu's name) until today. As RT Machine, •By 2015, we entered the medical sector with the machining of Hydrogen Peroxide (H²O²) Sterilization Devices. For the medical sector with RT Medical brand; we are the leader in its region in the production of adult and child face masks, ultrasonic mask body manufacturing machines, ultrasonic mask tire attaching machines, and sterilization sealing machines (automatic closing, manual cutting, and automatic cutting-closing). •In 2021, we started to manufacture cabin and seat parts for world-famous passenger airplanes. RT Makina is a manufacturer of technical materials, silicone, rubber, and polyurethane parts for textile, iron and steel, paper, MDF, medical, plastic, oil/drilling sectors, and machines for different sectors.
