TME yra šeimyninė, jau nebe pirmos kartos valdoma įmonė, veikianti nuo 1990 m. Viskas prasidėjo nuo nedidelės remontui ir smulkiai gamybai skirtų elektroninių elementų parduotuvės, kurią Lenkijos mieste Lodzėje įkūrė.
