We are a company in the metalworking industry and have specialised in the manufacture of flanges/flange rings, circlips, collars and bands/round plates since the beginning of the 1960s. So that we can process orders as quickly as possible, in addition to two-part circlips for 1 mm and for 2-3 mm piping, we permanently stock over 100, 000 flange rings in accordance with EN 12220 (Edition 06/98), DIN 24154 (Edition 07/66) Series 2-5, as well as flange rings in accordance with DIN 24154 (Edition 07/90) Part I+II in rough, galvanised and stainless steel versions (material 1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4571). Our highly flexible production lines mean that we can manufacture flange rings with special dimensions to order quickly, precisely and cost-effectively. EUBA – this name is associated with more than 50 years of experience in the development of electrical adjustable drives. Custom-built solutions are our strength. We offer adjustable drives with forces from 50 daN up to 200, 000 daN. A qualified team of engineers and technicians in the internal and external sales team can also advise you on-site regarding the proper selection of your drive. Continuous quality control and innovative development set new standards. For your safety, each drive only leaves our factory after extensive testing. The adjustment force can be up to 200, 000 daN, with an adjustment distance of up to 7000 mm and variable adjustment speed. Our drives are manufactured with hard-chrome plated push rods as standard (special requests can be accommodated). Industry-standard motor-drive units can be used, and can be connected to the adjustable drives via a DIN IEC flange. Rotary drives can also be flanged.
