Schütz Messtechnik is an experienced and qualified company that has been operating as a service provider and an equipment manufacturer for energy companies since 1968. In the amenities industry, Schütz checks the public gas pipeline networks in accordance with the regulations G 465, G 466/I and G 466/II of the German association for gas and water (DVGW), carries out leak and pipeline detection and exchanges meters. In addition, it holds technical seminars and training sessions for employees from utility companies. Schütz GmbH has been certified by the DVGW as a company specialising in checking gas pipelines. Energy companies using a geographic information system (GIS) can check their pipeline network with Schütz's digital technology. Among Schütz GmbH's client base today are more than 100 municipal utility companies, with whom the company maintains long-standing, close and trusting business relations.

SPECIALIST IN INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONS FOR LASER PRECISION FINISHING. LILA GmbH has been active as a specialist in laser precision finishing for more than 25 years. In addition to fine cutting and precision drilling, precision laser welding is a particular expertise. A wide range of metals and ceramic materials are processed on 25 fixed bed and fibre laser systems. Quality assurance at the highest level is obligatory at LILA, which is why all processes are certified both according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and according to the DIN EN ISO 13485 medical standard. Medical cannulas, measurement electrodes, surgical instruments, components for sensitive gauges or complex components for precision operations are standard metal workpieces that are manufactured at LILA. LILA is the market leader in the field of thick ceramics in particular, and can process material thicknesses of 0.1 mm–27 mm. The range of applications includes indexable inserts, sieves for industrial fine grinding mills, blades for medical shears and knives, bearings for Formula 1 vehicles, satellite technology and apertures for cameras and measurement systems. As LILA is active in quality-sensitive sectors, such as medical technology, sensor systems or aerospace technology, absolute dimensional accuracy and reliability are some of the basic requirements in every project. And so it's a matter of course at LILA that all requests are processed with the same regard and care.

The history of Stähle GmbH is thought to have begun back in 1984 with the foundation of Kurt Stähle Steuergeräte. Just a few years after it was founded, the company was able to provide an extensive product range with special problem solutions for measuring, control and medical technology. For example, safety control valves for temperatures between -265 °C and +200 °C and AP200 Autopilot for driving passenger vehicles onto roller test benches under climatic conditions between -40 °C and +80 °C. Ingenieurbüro Kurt Stähle offers new and further developments of hardware and software. Thanks to high manufacturing autonomy paired with a modern, cost-oriented management system, high flexibility is implemented at low production costs
