Eratec specialises in the design, manufacture and sale of metal fibre gas burners. Our burners are used in various applications such as heat treatments, metal treatments, painting, agrifoods and much more. The Eratec metal fibre burner head has a refractory stainless steel structure with a radiating surface made from Bekinit® knitted metal fibre and features an electronically controlled air-gas premix system. Our burners can produce standard blue flame or infra-red radiation for direct heat treatment applications. At Eratec, we work very closely with our clients to understand their exact requirements and offer them the most suitable technical solution for their industrial uses. Our team provides comprehensive assistance, covering everything from analysing needs to implementing the selected solution, allowing us to satisfy the needs of every client with utmost efficiency. BIRKAN GmbH is one of the oldest graphical stockists in Germany. It was founded in 1924 as a distributor of printing blankets, under the name Birkner & Kandlbinder OHG, with its own patent for Triumph rubber printing blankets ‒ revolutionary technology at the time. BIRKAN continues to enjoy success with its offset printing blankets, produced in-house and exported to over 100 countries worldwide. BIRKAN carries a comprehensive range of printing blankets to meet different quality requirements, suitable not only for common offset applications but also for specialised requirements in plastics, metal and intaglio printing. Our range also includes underpacking materials (sheets, foils, press boards and blankets) and measuring equipment. Our extensive inventory allows us to deliver promptly around the world. As a special service, BIRKAN also provides the option of a commissioning warehouse. A new branch of the company ‒ direct laser engraving ‒ is devoted to manufacturing elastomer printing plates.
