In the laboratory, for all productions, chemical analysis, mechanical yield - tensile - elongation tests, and when required hardness tests, UT, MT and MPI tests are provided. Saint Rémy Industrie (SRI) has an integrated machining workshop which is constantly developing. This integrated machining workshop is an essential asset in the service provided to our customers because it has 7 CNC lathes including 6 3-axis CNC machines, 2 vertical machining centers and a conventional machining capacity up to Ø 1500 mm. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys.
