Suvirinimo Technologija

In unseren Schweißprozessen sind Lichtbogenschweißen sowie MAG-Schweißen und weitere enthalten. Hierin sind folgende Schweißprozesse enthalten: - Lichtbogenhandschweißen (111) - MAG-Schweißen mit Massivdrahtelektrode, teilmechanisch (135) - MAG-Schweißen mit Massivdrahtelektrode, vollmechanisch - Wolfram-Inertgas-Schweißen (141) Das Unternehmen ist sowohl für das Schweißen von Baustählen (S235, S355), als auch für Chrom-Nickel-Stähle (Edelstähle) zertifiziert. Die Bandbreite an Schweißerzeugnissen ist bei uns sehr groß und umfasst komplizierte Stahlteile, wie auch bis zu 36 Meter lange Träger. Auch geprüfte Bleche (US-Prüfung, Z-Güte Prüfung, Aufschweißbiegeversuch) dürfen von uns geschweißt werden. Außerdem werden Schweißnahtprüfungen mittels Ultraschallprüfung oder Farbeindringprüfung durch hausinterne Fachleute durchgeführt.
