Le tourteau de ricin se présente sous forme de semoule ou pellets qui, par leur dégradation progressive et soutenue procure un engrais biologique de qualité par ses apports en azote, phosphore et potasse. Le ricin a l’avantage de ne pas acidifier ni de modifier la structure les sols, à l’inverse des engrais traditionnels. Latersana Additional compound based on ground "old" bricks and tiles, to be added to mixtures of hydraulic lime and aggregates, for producing mortars, plasters and subbase screeds, similar to the compounds of tradition "cocciopesto" (lime mortar with crushed pottery), in ecological building interventions and in the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments. The reactive capacity, which is beneficial, of the Latersana cocciopesto (lime mortar with crushed pottery) vis-à-vis the components of anhydrous mixtures based on natural hydraulic lime, botticino, and cocciopesto (lime mortar with crushed pottery), is facilitated by the fact that the composition of Latersana mainly consists of antique brick and tile granulates, produced with cooking oven temperatures that did not exceed 1000°C. Thus, the granulate quality was not affected by transforming into a clinkerised, inert product. The addition of Latersana in mixtures of lime and aggregates, promotes the improvement of the watertightness of the system, increases the resistance to compression, improves the workability of the final compound. Production of mortars, screeds and plaster based on natural hydraulic lime, carbonated and cocciopesto aggregates. Add Latersana with the correct mixture of binders and aggregates, in the quantity required for the specific use (between 5% and 20% by weight of the weight of the remaining anhydrous components: hydraulic lime, aggregates, earth colours). Add the required water, mixing thoroughly, until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is obtained. Ascopin can be used as a preventive and/or curative treatment and under stressful conditions.

The first issue, taken into account when producing the substrates for professional growers, are the peculiarities of the cultivation of plants and local natural conditions. Upon the customer’s request, block and milled raw produce peat and peat of varying fragmentation can be mixed according to the customer’s individual requirements, thus obtaining a unique structure of the substrate. Products intended for the professional market are packed in bags with a volume of 70, 250 and 300 litres or large bags with a volume ranging from 3 to 6 cubic metres.
