Smerald Piscine Protective decorative enamel, with satin effect, monocomponent, high technical content, very resistant to the action of UV rays; based on polyurethane polymer mixtures and acrylic modified with Teflon, in aqueous emulsion. Perfect for finishing concrete surfaces intended for permanent contact with water (swimming pools, fountains, ornamental basins, channels, artificial ponds, tanks, etc. ). It is provided in the standard colours Light Blue and White, on request it can be supplied in other colours. Smerald Piscine is a special mixture of polyurethane-acrylate Teflon coated resins, in aqueous emulsion, particularly resistant to light, water, chlorine and the usual sanitising agents. Modified with unalterable high coverage pigments and special additives, effectively protected against UV radiation, assisted by peculiar radical catchers, it is characterised by high adhesion to the support, high elastic performance, excellent coverage capacity with only two coats of application, and absolute absence of toxic solvents of any kind. Specially formulated for painting pools, ornamental basins, channels, fountains, ponds, tanks, and any cement support strongly and permanently in contact with water. The surfaces of application should be clean, free of any soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, or non-absorbent, dust, pre-existing paints, etc. Smerald Piscine can be applied by brush, roller or airless (membrane type) with a 1.5 - 2 mm diameter nozzle. It is preferable to wait at least 30 days for the base to mature. Make sure the surface to be treated is dry, mature and free from damp spots. Before proceeding with the application of the paint, it is advisable to wash with a hydro-cleaner to remove dust or loosely adherent residues. As a first coat, the product can be diluted with water at 40/50% in order to uniform and consolidate the base. Leave to dry for 12 hours and then proceed with the application of 2 coats of paint spaced out for at least 12 hours, diluting with water as little as possible. Always apply two coats, spaced at least 12 hours apart, for a consumption of no less than 200 g/m² per coat (about 450 g/m² of total consumption). On large surfaces it is recommended to apply product from the same production batch. Always proceed wet on wet in order to avoid signs of recovery. MAINTENANCE: Maintenance interventions are foreseen, normally every two years, except for special needs. Proceed to detach the old damaged paint, clean the substrate with suitable detergents and remove grease or algae. The damaged areas must be carefully repaired before proceeding with the painting as indicated above. PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: It is recommended to fill the pool at least 15 days after applying the product and to leave the pool full even during the winter or non-use months. The paint is not suitable for use on rubber surfaces, fiberglass swimming pools, concrete with water repellent additives, for particular surfaces it is recommended to carry out a test application on a small area before proceeding with the finish on the entire pool. Apply from 0.30 to 0.50 liters of Smerald Piscine per square metre of surface to be painted. Pail 14 l

The Sustainability Impact Rating (SI Rating) of ARB SBPA is a tool for measuring the sustainability performance of companies in terms of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) and the strategic management of associated risks. ARB contacted HENRY & CO. for the design of the plaque intended for companies that have achieved the rating. The SI Rating evaluates the sustainability performance of companies, and a plaque representing this evaluation must be designed with intrinsic sustainability principles. For this reason, HENRY & CO. has developed the project as a modular system of simple, material, and iconic elements, easy to produce and customize: two wooden discs and a laser-cut metal sheet held together by two simple screws.

Sanawarme : Izoliacinės tinkas, drėgmės šalinimas, aukštas termo-akustinės savybės

Sanawarme : Izoliacinės tinkas, drėgmės šalinimas, aukštas termo-akustinės savybės

Sanawarme A thermal, external-coating macroporous plaster with high thermal and acoustic insulation, it has a base of natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, natural hydraulic binders with low soluble salt content and low environmental impact, botticino marble, kaolin, calcium casein, Vichy salt, calcium carbonate, tartaric acid, ammonium salts, expanded perlite, cork powder, natural fibres along wth specific and antisaline agents for the dehumidification, thermal and hygrometric restoration of buildings and masonry, in green building works, for new constructions and in the restoration of historic and monumental buildings. Specifically for applying “mineral coatings”. A mortar/plaster with guaranteed performance offering specific insulating properties pursuant to UNI EN 998/1 – Class T1 (the top thermal insulation class). Thermal conductivity certified pursuant to UNI EN 12664. Sanawarme is the highest technological expression of Azichem in the context of renovating plasters. It is a product based on hydraulic lime, botticino, kaolin, calcium caseinate, Vichy salt, calcium carbonate, tartaric acid, ammonium salts, expanded perlite, cork powder and natural fibres. Sanawarme is characterised by high hygroscopic, breathable and thermal/acoustic insulation properties. It is a "thermal mineral coating", natural, for ecological building, that does not contain cements, resins, solvents and radioemissive materials. The structure of the coatings made with Sanawarme, which is particularly suited to quieten and dissipate, in the form of heat, the acoustic energy inside the pores and "channels", provides interesting performance even in terms of sound absorption which, at high frequencies, reaches values of 1/3, with interesting prospects for acoustic correction of the internal environment (Test Report no. 214705 of August 3, 2006 issued by the institute Giordano). Applying coating plasters in both new constructions, and in interventions of restoration and renovation of old buildings. Anti-condensation and mildewcide correction for indoor, out of the ground and buried surfaces. Insulation of thermal bridges. Removal of crumbling plaster, if present. The wall bodies for application should in any case be clean, intact, free from fouling, dust, crumbling and non-adhering parts, conveniently saturated with water until it reaches the condition of "saturated dry surface". In the presence of salt efflorescence it will be necessary to ensure its careful removal by application of packs of the specific acid detergent and saline converter Deterg-A, in solution with water 1:4. To prevent any new spills of salts, use specific universal anti-saline treatments in aqueous solution, Sanareg, for humid surfaces, or solvent-based, FEST SALZ, for cohesive saline concretions but with perfectly dry surfaces. Preliminary construction of specific anchoring scratch coats, breathable, made with Untersana. The rendering, applied by "spraying", must provide a rough, corrugated surface, designed to promote the bonding of the subsequent plaster, which must be applied no later than 2-3 days. In the case of wooden surfaces, attach a galvanized steel wire mesh, diameter 2 mm and mesh 5x5 cm, to the support, holding it away from the surface by 2-3 mm. Spray the rendering Untersana by hand or by plastering machine, in order to provide a rough surface, designed to facilitate the application and the adhesion of Sanawarme. In the case of applying the thermal coat Sanawarme on concrete, it is recommended to apply the super-adhesive rendering Repar Plug. Prepare the plaster, adding Sanawarme, to the mixing water, for approximately 60-70% by weight (8.5 -9 litres per 13 kg bag). Mix thoroughly until it reaches a smooth, creamy, lightweight, lump-free mixture resembling a "compact foam". Apply the thickness required according to the thermal calculation by plastering machine (type PFT model G4, or the like, equipped with lung for light plasters). For small sizes it is also possible to apply it manually with straight edge and plastic mortar. Regularise the plastered surfaces with fine skim Sanastof for ecological buildings, for an indicative consumption of 4 kg/m². "Drown" in the thickness of the finishing layer the fibreglass mesh Armaglass 160. Successive breathable paints or putty coats (from the series SANAFARBE, SANAXIL or PROTECH SIL) can be applied after approximately 28 days; in any case, after the proper curing of the plaster, depending on the actual environmental conditions, and the loss of initial alkalinity. Approximately 4,00 - 4,50 kg/m² of Sanawarme for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 420 kg per cubic metre). Bag 13 kg - Pallet: 50 x (Bag 13 kg)
Rinfor Grout Col : Ultraaukštos kokybės pluoštu sustiprintas mikrobetonas

Rinfor Grout Col : Ultraaukštos kokybės pluoštu sustiprintas mikrobetonas

Rinfor Grout Col is a special cementitious formulation, being fibre-reinforced with READYMESH technology, enriched with reactive microsilicates with very high pozzolanic activity and special crystalliser additives that increase the end result and the durability. Mixed with water, it is able to forge micro-concretes with pourable rheology. Once hardened, the product offers exceptional physical-mechanical and ductility values. Ideal for the reinforcement and seismic adaptation of flooring in reinforced concrete, brick-concrete or corrugated sheeting or wood, by constructing a thin extradoxal structural screed along with beams, pillars, structural crosspoints and walls, by means of suitable liners. The rheological and physical-mechanical characteristics of the Rinfor Grout Col product render it extraordinarily effective in reinforcing structural elements in reinforced concrete and masonry. Adhered to the inside of caissons, confined within cavities or spread out over the extrados of foundations and lofts, Rinfor Grout Col allows for low thickness structural reinforcing, substantially devoid of additional metallic reinforcement. Rinfor Grout Col belongs to the HPFRC (High Performance Fibre Reinforced Concrete) family, permitting the structural designer to make use of the following characteristics: - Exceptional resistance and traction as well as exceptional values of shear stress adhesion on various supports which have been suitably roughened; - advantages in structural calculations prescribed for fracture mechanics, resistance to traction and of the ultimate material deformation; - minimum thicknesses applied with reinforcing effects which have been distinctly improved as against interventions with traditional reinforced concrete; - highly notable reduction of mass and minimizing of additional loads applied for structural reinforcing as against interventions with traditional reinforced concrete (practically nil additional loads in the case of the thickness of the coating corresponding with the depth of sacrificed surface); - anti-carbonatation barrier (practically zero penetration of CO2) and anti-oxidant barrier; - auto-healing of any micro-fissures exposed to contact with fluids, thanks to the particular crystallising additives; - increment of durability of the structures repaired with Rinfor Grout Col, thanks to the migration effect of the crystallising additives; - very high resistance to fire; - eco-sustainability - made up of 100% mineral and metallic materials, totally recyclable at end of life. From the environmental point of view, the Rinfor Grout Col product is characterised by the following advantages: - Ecological packaging (card-cardboard) - product based on hydraulic binders, selected aggregates and mineral additives with content of organic raw materials < 1% - practically nil VOC emissions during installation; once hardened, nil VOC emissions. - containing a fraction > 5% of sub-products from the production industry 100% recyclable at end of life. For seismic adaptation with absorption and transfer of pressure or traction during events with elevated dynamic forces (seismic, impacts, deflagration); - for structural reinforcing and seismic upgrading through coating of beams, pillars structural ties, walls; - for reinforcing and seismic upgrading with external, low thickness, structural screed for lofts in reinforced concrete, concrete masonry, corrugated sheeting, wood;
 - for fabrication of light, thin section, structural elements
; - for the repair of flooring with need for resistance against elevated static and dynamic stresses, together with exceptional values of resilience and resistance to impacts; - for reinforcing and precision anchoring of heavy and highly stressed machinery: E.g. wind turbines, turbines, precision machinery, etc. The support must be in good condition, clean, sufficiently coarse, without crumbling parts or dust, pressure washed and saturated with water before application. With concrete, the abrasiveness of the support must be > 3mm; to obtain this level of coarseness, techniques of hydro-scarifying, bush-hammering, mechanical chiselling, sand blasting with large grain may be considered. With the case of surfaces in strongly absorbent brick-work (lofts in brick cement with surfacing of parts in brick) or in the case in which it is impossible to saturate the support with water, contact our technical services to evaluate suitable adhesion primers, such as Syntech Pavisheer or Syntech RGS. Above all, when used as a surface covering of lofts in concrete, or as a repair to industrial flooring, providing anchoring roots by drilling the support is particularly useful for increasing resistance to cuts and adhesion to the support (diameter 18-20 mm, depth 20 mm), and accurately cleaning the surfaces of the holes before spreading the Rinfor Grout Col.
Readymesh MX-500 : Aukštos kokybės 50 mm plieno pluoštai

Readymesh MX-500 : Aukštos kokybės 50 mm plieno pluoštai

Readymesh MX-500 Readymesh MX-500 is a special carbon steel fibre, obtained by the extrusion and cutting of high-strength steel wire. Its special double-hooked form gives it a remarkable shear strength, thus conferring the concrete with excellent post-cracking structural strength even at low doses. Readymesh MX-500 significantly increases the mechanical performance of the structure in terms of toughness, ductility, fatigue, dynamic stress, shock, wear, tensile and shear strength and even post-cracking and damage behaviour. General preparation of fibre-reinforced concrete with high pre and post-cracking performance. Ideal for industrial flooring and prefabrications. "Readymesh MX-500 fibres must be added to the concrete during mixing. It is recommended to pour the fibres directly onto the loading belt of the concrete mixer during the loading of the aggregates. Alternatively, it is possible to add them directly into the mixer after loading the concrete. In this case, add the fibres a little at a time so that they are well-distributed in the cement mix and extend the mixing time by at least one minute for every 20 kg of fibres added in order to achieve optimal distribution. Conglomerates with Readymesh MX-500 can be easily transported and used with pumps, joiners, vibratory finishing machines, roadway extruders (e.g. slipform paver), etc." Variable according to the type of work to be carried out and/or performance to be achieved.
