El ALTOSONIC V12 es un caudalímetro ultrasónico a 12 haces para la transferencia de custodia (CT) de gas natural. Ha sido diseñado para ofrecer la mejor precisión de medida posible, no sólo durante la calibración en condiciones ideales, sino también en el campo en condiciones menos favorables. Por ello el ALTOSONIC V12 es el primer caudalímetro ultrasónico homologado según OIML R137 clase 0.5 por parte del NMi. Gracias a su diseño de 12 haces acústicos, ya no es necesario un perfilador de caudal; para cumplir normas tales como AGA9, ISO 17089 y MID tan sólo hace falta una sección de entrada recta 5D. El diagnóstico de estado (CBM) del caudalímetro viene integrado de serie y permite conocer con exactitud lo que está sucediendo dentro del equipo. Gracias al sistema de diagnóstico avanzado opcional KROHNE Care, un servidor web integrado presenta los resultados en una página web de fácil acceso, en lenguaje llano. This sensor for measuring exhaust gases was developed together with a Formula 1 team. The goal was to achieve the greatest possible reliability during the race. The sensor was designed so that it can withstand a maximum of vibrations and extreme temperatures while being made in a highly compact construction at the same time. The special feature is the connection lead. It is not made from the usual mineral-insulated stainless steel sheathed line, which is too rigid and which tends to vibration fractures. Instead, the line is made of stranded conductors with PTFE insulation and an additional heat shield so it can be easily and flexibly adapted to the environment. The sensor is being used with exceeding success by professional teams in long distance races, American race series and the domestic DTM. L'ALTOSONIC V12 est un débitmètre à ultrasons pour transactions commerciales (CT) à 12 faisceaux, pour le gaz naturel. Il a été conçu pour fournir la meilleure précision de mesure possible, non seulement pendant l'étalonnage dans des conditions idéales, mais également dans des conditions moins idéales, sur site. De ce fait, l'ALTOSONIC V12 est le premier débitmètre à ultrasons à avoir été homologué OIML R137, classe 0,5 par NMi. Grâce à sa conception à 12 faisceaux acoustiques, il n'est plus nécessaire d'utiliser un tranquilliseur d'écoulement. Les normes telles que AGA9, ISO 17089 et MID sont respectées avec une longueur droite amont de tout juste 5D. Les fonctions de diagnostic CBM du débitmètre sont en standard et donnent un aperçu exact de ce qui se passe à l'intérieur du débitmètre. Avec le système expert de diagnostic KROHNE Care en option, un serveur Web intégré est disponible, pour présenter de façon très claire les résultats, dans une page Web facile d'accès.
