In addition to complete OEM devices, Gronbach produces a wide range of mechanical components for the household appliance industry, which are characterised by dimensional accuracy and durability. Our products can be used both in the visible area of kitchens and gastronomic facilities and as ready-to-install functional components. We develop and produce material- and production-optimized according to your specific requirements. In addition, we develop and produce material- and production-optimised designs of assemblies according to individual customer-specific requirements, e.g. hinges, front panels, frames and pull-outs, and assemble these ready for installation. We realize small series of special products as well as large series.

In the fluid dynamics laboratory of our Wasserburg competence centre, we design new fan wheels and turbines and optimise existing systems for performance, energy efficiency and noise emissions. We also develop complete systems of wheels with power units. Our range of tests includes suction operation, pressure operation and also unpressurised measurements. Revolutions up to 40,000 r/min and diameters of up to 250mm are possible. In our prototype department, we are able to simulate or modify the environmental circumstances of the fan wheels or turbines, thus achieving optimal operational conditions. Furthermore, we carry out mould-flow analysis, use ANSYS from external partners for the flow simulation and establish the fault probability and fault effect with FPFEs. The warming drawers are serial produced and are continually being further developed by us. They are ideal for warming crockery or for keeping food warm. Due to their customised construction and elegant finishing, the warming drawers are visually perfectly integrated with other domestic appliances in the kitchen front, such as fully-automatic coffee machines, steam cookers or ovens.
