Il nostro nastro a sgancio rapido è interamente realizzato in acciaio inox AISI304, di larghezza 500mm e lunghezza variabile a seconda delle esigenze. Grazie alla struttura aperta, al tappeto in PVC alimentare ed un sistema di sgancio rapido della tramoggia d'ingresso e del tappeto, è possibile lavare la macchina ed intervenire a livello tecnico con estrema facilità, garantendo funzionalità e pulizia. La tramoggia di ingresso è specificatamente configurata per ricevere il prodotto tagliato da indirizzare verso le successive fasi di lavaggio, mentre il raschiatore posto nel tratto finale, in polipropilene, assicura il facile distacco di frutta o verdura tagliata. La struttura di supporto, montata su ruote, permette di variare l'inclinazione di lavoro in pochi secondi. Infine, è possibile personalizzare il nastro implementando un sistema di lavaggio automatico del tappeto ed avere una tramoggia di carico su misura.

Il nostro tunnel di lavaggio per ortofrutta è interamente costruito in acciaio INOX AISI304. Attraverso un tappeto d’acciaio, scorrendo attraverso la camera di lavaggio dotata di ugelli disposti a 360°, permette la pulizia di frutta e verdura “sia in cassetta” sia sfusa. La portata d'acqua è facilmente regolabile in base alle specifiche esigenze e due filtri a piastra consentono di asportare il materiale di scarto garantendo la continuità di lavaggio. La fotocellula, posta alla fine del nastro ed eludibile tramite la consolle di comando, arresta automaticamente il nastro a “fine corsa” del prodotto. Le due coperture ai lati del tunnel, facilmente rimovibili ed il sistema di deflusso dei liquidi, composto da un chiusino ed una valvola da 3” rendono molto semplici le operazioni di pulizia della macchina stessa.
