Wir Bearbeiten von Gross- bis Kleinstteilen Trowalisieren / Gleitschleifen heisst: -ineffiziente Handarbeit vermeiden -Zeit sparen -das Top-Ergebnis rasch und kostengünstig erreichen -glattere Flächen / Kanten am Werkstück, daher weniger Nacharbeit erforderlich Beim Trowalisieren, auch Gleitschleifen genannt, werden die Werkstücke mit den Schleifkörpern im Arbeitsbehälter in eine walzenförmige Bewegung gebracht. Durch die Reibung mit den Schleifkörpern werden die Werkstücke geschliffen und mit der Wahl der richtigen Maschine und Mittel kann die Oberflächenbearbeitung gesteuert werden, so dass das gewünschte Ergebnis erreicht wird.

Unsere Frontplatten aus Aluminium (z. B. Almg EN AW-5005, auf Anfrage auch andere Legierungen erhältlich) bieten wir in verschiedenen Stärken von ein bis zwölf Millimeter an.

Mit Fräsarbeiten von der Front- und / oder Rückseite, falls gewünscht auch mit Gewindelöchern bzw. Gewindeschweißbolzen oder Facetten. Die Beschriftung wird graviert, kann aber bei größeren Stückzahlen auch als Siebdruck angefertigt werden. Die Rückseiten der Aluminiumplatten sind im Normalfall eloxiert, können aber auch chromatiert (ROHS-konform) angeboten werden. Auch eine Lackierung der Frontseite und Kanten ist problemlos möglich. Bei Edelstahl werden die Löcher und Ausschnitte gelasert oder gestanzt. Wir von der Gravieranstalt Jegel in Berlin gravieren und fräsen auch Ihre angelieferten Front- bzw. Rückplatten.

Produced, in-house, from a high quality 12mm moisture resistant MDF, our 30mm V Grooved MDF panel is just one example of our bespoke V-grooved MDF panel machining capabilities. Available “off the shelf” (made to order, un-primed, with a short, 5-7 working day, lead time), this design offers a unique, modern design that can be readily ordered in its natural, un-painted, un-sanded state in full sheets with either portrait (tall and thin with the grooves running top to bottom) or landscape, short & wide, with grooves running top to bottom. Naturally, either option can be rotated to accommodate horizontal grooved design applications. Our expert, in-house, CNC capabilities allow us to produce Perforated Plywood Panels to virtually any design you can imagine. Clean, precision cut perforations are made by selecting the correct tooling and use of the best quality Plywood. Each of these steps keeps splintering, often associated with CNC routing Plywood to an absolute minimum. We have perforated Plywood for a number of projects including firelighter presses, breathable mattress support panels, for use over wooden and metal slatted beds, and decorative screens.

Reeded, Beaded or Ribbed MDF Panels, as we prefer to call our popular decorative wall panel solution, are suitable for a number of applications including restaurant wall cladding, cladding for bar fronts and many other domestic and commercial purposes. Our mini ribbed panelling is also suitable for creating ribbed drawer fronts and ribbed shaker doors for luxury wardrobe designs. Made from Moisture Resistant MDF (MR MDF is better for painting) our Ribbed MDF panels are available primed or un-primed (raw) and in a range of standard sheets sizes. Our broad range of MDF CNC routing and machining capabilities also includes the design and manufacture of bespoke, grooved MDF, panels. Available in a choice of panel thicknesses, groove widths, and depths, and pitch distance between grooves to suit your exact design requirements. Made from moisture resistant MDF these panels are ideal for painting in the paint, and colour, of your choice and are perfect for decorative feature walls, bar fronts, kitchen island panels and much more. Supplied in their machined finish the grooves will require sanding prior to painting however, we can, supply the panels pre-sanded and/or pre-primed. Our Maple Furniture Board is produced on an 18mm MDF core which, in turn, offers far better qualities than its particle board counterparts. The MDF core provides a cleaner cut, is easier to edge and takes screws better, in our opinion, than the inferior chipboard (particle board) alternative. The Maple melamine face offers a good rendition of a true Maple board and is suitable for wide range of projects within the home, and commercial projects, alike. Over the years we have provided Maple Melamine board cut to size, and edged, for desk tops and table tops as well as kitchen and bedroom carcasses. Typically, Maple Furniture Board is supplied in standard sizes up to, an including 600mm. Our board is available up to 1220mm untrimmed and 1210mm trimmed. Our moisture resistant Tongue & Groove and moisture resistant, pre primed, “Bead and Butt” effect MDF wall panels are perfect for decorative bathroom wall panelling. These panels are not suitable for shower enclosures however, if painted in a suitable paint (not emulsion) they are perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens, utilities and other rooms around the home. Our Bespoke Fluted MDF panels are available in a variety of thicknesses. The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted.
