Ultra-concentrated detergent with a fresh Aloe Vera and Cucumber fragrance for hand washing all types of dishes. Biodegradable product. FEATURES Formulated with biodegradable and water-soluble surfactants, with a high concentration of active material. Neutral product, with good degreasing, dispersing and foaming power, leaves dishes clean and shiny. Does not attack the skin of the hands nor is it corrosive. FIELDS OF APPLICATION Due to its formulation, the product is recommended for manual washing of all kitchen utensils (plates, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, boxes, containers, among others). HOW TO USE Lav Sensitive can be diluted in the washing water, or used directly on a damp sponge. Recommended dosage: 2.5 ml of product per litre of water. If necessary, adjust the dosage until a generous amount of foam is obtained. Wash the utensils, scrubbing with a sponge. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Es ist sehr gut geeignet für die Vor- bzw. Grundreinigung von verschmutzten Stahl-, Guss- und Buntmetall oder Kunststoffteilen im Ultraschallbad oder in einer Spritzreinigungsanlage. Nach der Reinigung und ohne Wasserspülung sind die Teile temporär vor Korrosion geschützt. Die endgültige Trocknung kann beschleunigt werden durch Abblasen mit Preßluft, einem Warmluftstrom oder einer Behandlung im Trockenschrank. WIWOX® 340 kann in einer Konzentration von 5 – 7 % eingesetzt werden. Die Verdünnung mit Wasser richtet sich nach der Stärke der Verschmutzung und der vorgesehenen Einwirkzeit. Das Bad sollte eine Temperatur von ca. 60° C aufweisen. Für den Bereich der Feinwerktechnik sind in Abhängigkeit vom Grad der Verschmutzung längere Einwirkzeiten möglich. Como produtos destas reacções químicas, geram-se gases, alguns dos quais tóxicos (NOx) e desgastam as superfícies. Em consequência de uma aplicação regular, verificam-se muitas vezes a perda de cor da superfície, a redução de elasticidade de juntas de borracha, a formação de manchas brancas em plásticos e a diminuição da espessura em tubos metálicos. No entanto, é possível formular uma agente de limpeza para incrustações sem estes ácidos ou outros compostos agressivos, sem comprometer a eficiência da limpeza e respeitando a segurança do operador e do meio ambiente.

HOW TO USE Machine washing: We recommend using 20-30 ml of product for every kg of dry clothes, depending on how dirty they are. In the case of hard water, increase the dose by 5 ml per kg of clothes. Hand washing: We recommend using 100 ml of product for every 5 litres of water. Very suitable for pre-cleaning or basic cleaning of soiled steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal or plastic parts in an ultrasonic bath or in a spray cleaning system. After cleaning and without water rinsing, the parts are temporarily protected against corrosion. The final drying can be accelerated by blowing off with compressed air, a warm air flow or treatment in a drying cabinet. WIWOX® 340 can be used in a concentration of 5 – 7 %. Dilution with water depends on the degree of contamination and the intended exposure time. The bath should have a temperature of approx. 60° C. The bath should be kept at a constant temperature. In the field of precision mechanics, longer exposure times are possible depending on the degree of contamination.
