The CryLaS Q series lasers are diode-pumped solid-state lasers (DPSS lasers) based on a microchip design. This consists of an Nd:YAG resonator with a directly coupled saturable absorber which works as a passive Q-switch. The compact housing and easy operation make the lasers an optimum light source for applications that require minimal housing dimensions with highest performance. Based on the 1064 nm fundamental, harmonics are generated using non-linear (NLO) crystals that allow a wide spectrum of laser wavelengths from 1064 nm to 213 nm. The FQSS213-Q4 laser emits pulses with approximately 1 ns pulse width at 213 nm, and can be modulated from single shot to 1 kHz. The pulse energy is 2.5 µJ. CryLaS lasers impress with their easy installation, service-free operation and long service life. This makes them ideal for OEM applications and demanding laboratory setups. The teco cs series was improved by installation of a user-friendly touch screen with new, integrated functions. All standard units are equipped with an energy efficient constant heating control. Depending on the product version a flow rate measurement and control, whose actual value is indicated simultaneously with the actual and nominal values on the colour screen, is installed as standard or is optionally available. Temperature profiles are graphically indicated after selection of the corresponding menu function. On the start page useful functions like limit value monitoring, leak stop operation etc. can be selected. The proven teco cs series was improved by installation of a user-friendly touch screen with new, integrated functions. The 95°C series was extended by three versions with higher capacities. The models are designed for larger consumers; they have heating capacities from 18 to 36 kW, cooling capacities from 50 to 120 kW and pump flow rates from 110 to 170 l/min.
