La Spianata Romana è un salame crudo dalla tipica forma “schiacciata”. Nell’impasto sono presenti i caratteristici cubetti di lardo. Viene insaccato in budello sintetico e fatto stagionare per alcuni mesi. Disponibile in versione dolce o piccante, con l'aggiunta di peperoncino nell'impasto. Senza glutine o derivati del latte.
