Sanastark : Gydymo tirpalas, skirtas milteliams, tinkams ir akmenims

Sanastark Reactive solution of mineral silicates, capable of forming binding and stabilizing compounds for hardening and consolidating treatments by reaction with hydrated calcium salts and moisture present in masonry, plaster, stone and concrete. Indicated in the preliminary treatments to the subsequent plastering or smoothing operations, of plasters and powdery mortars and wall casings in general, in green building interventions and in the restoration of period and monumental buildings. Sanastark is a solution based on mineral silicates, demineralised water and natural dispersant. It does not contains traces of resins, solvents or thinners. The application of Sanastark does not affect the original wall breathability. Cortical reinforcement and elimination of pulverisation of mortars, plasters and masonry jointing. Also suitable as a natural fixative before applying lime putty- or potassium silicate-based plasters and paints. Remove the soilings and saline manifestations by vigorous brushing. Then eliminate the residual dust. Saturated with water until you reach the condition of "saturated with dry surface". Apply by spraying, proceeding from the bottom up: it can also be applied with a brush with natural long bristles. In the presence of pronounced degradations proceed with several applications, wet on wet. From 0.20 to 0.30 kg of Sanastark for each square metre of surface to be treated, based on the porosity of the support. Plastic can 5 kg - Plastic can 10 kg - Plastic can 25 kg

Sanareg : Vandeniui atsparus ir antiekspozicinis alkilsilano tirpalas mūrijimui

Sanareg Non-film reactive liquid based on an alkylsilane emulsion dissolved in water to be used for the inhibition of saline efflorescence in the dehumidifying restoration of masonry, by spraying or applying with a brush with rigid bristles. Sanareg penetrates into the capillary pores of mineral substrates and reacts with the hydroxyl groups encountered in its path, forming an invisible water-repellent barrier that does not allow water to escape to the surface, leaving the transpiration to water vapor unaltered. Sanareg is an alkylsilane water emulsion, non-hazardous, non-toxic and VOC-free. The application of Sanareg does not alter the original wall breathability. Particularly indicated in combination with the cycle of natural dehumidifying plasters Untersana, Sanatigh and Sanastof. This also applies to Untersana, Caleosana and Sanastof. Non-film reactive liquid based on an alkylsilane emulsion dissolved in water to be used for the inhibition of saline efflorescence in the dehumidifying restoration of masonry, by spraying or applying with a brush with rigid bristles. Remove the soilings and saline manifestations by vigorous brushing; then eliminate any dust residue. Surfaces should be as dry as possible at the time of application. Apply Sanareg by spraying or with a long-bristled brush, proceeding from the bottom upwards. Remove any surface excess. When used as a preliminary treatment before a plastering cycle, apply the first coat of rendering immediately after applying Sanareg. Sanareg is water-based, which is why its effectiveness is not compromised even if the substrate is not perfectly dry at the time of application. From 0.10 to 0.20 kg of Sanareg for each square metre of surface to be treated, based on the porosity of the support. Plastic can 5 kg - Plastic can 25 kg
Readymesh PW-120 : 12 mm fibriliuotas polipropileno mikropluoštas grindims ir betonui

Readymesh PW-120 : 12 mm fibriliuotas polipropileno mikropluoštas grindims ir betonui

Readymesh PW-120 is an auxiliary fibrillated polypropylene micro-fibre, with a length of 12 mm, suitable for adding concrete in general. The addition of Readymesh PW-120 to the mixture allows for preventing the phenomenon of cracking from plastic shrinkage of the concrete, as well as having positive effects as regards the ductility of the mixture, the resistance to freezing/thawing, the shock resistance and overall watertightness.

Repar Plug : Superklijai skirti cementui arba minimaliai sugeriantiems paviršiams

Repair Plug A single-component, super-adhesive cementitious mortar for rough coating, with a base of high-strength binders, selected aggregates, adhesion-promoting polymers and specific agents. Ideal for the preliminary “rough coat” treatment of concrete surfaces, mixed masonry, rock walls and other poorly-absorbent surfaces, for subsequent coating with traditional (Intosana), dehumidifying (Sanatigh) and/or thermal-insulating (Sanawarme or Caleosana) plasters. Gripping rendering for subsequent plasters, both based on cement and hydraulic lime; protective coatings, renovation of works and structures in reinforced concrete. Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface". Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, add Repar Plug and the remaining water; continue to mix until a homogeneous lump-free mixture is obtained. The mixing water should be about 16-18% of the weight of the bag. After mixing is completed wait a few minutes before applying the product by "spraying" ("scratch coat" ), by brick trowel and plastering trowel or plastering machine. The scratch coat, applied by "spraying", must provide a corrugated surface to promote the grip of the plaster that must be applied promptly: within 2-3 days. In the case of successive dehumidifying (Sanatigh) or insulating (Sanawarme or Caleosana) plasters, hold the sprayed surface, "open" (non-homogeneous over the entire surface). Readymesh PM : Daugiasluoksnė pluošto medžiaga kalkių pagrindu pagamintam tinkui, cementui arba mišiniams

Readymesh PM Readymesh PM is an auxiliary, multi-filament polypropylene micro-fibre suitable for addition to cement conglomerates with a lime or mixed base. The addition of Readymesh PM to the mix counters the cracking phenomenon due to plastic shrinkage of the plaster, mortar, screed or concrete, as well as having positive effects on the durability of the mix, resistance to frost/defrosting and resistance to knocks and overall impermeability. Readymesh PM have the CE marking and are available in three different lengths: Readymesh PM-060 = 6 mm; Readymesh PM-120 = 12 mm; Readymesh PM-180 = 18 mm. Readymesh PM is an auxiliary fibre used in a multitude of application fields, where three-dimensional reinforcement and diffusion of the cement conglomerate and/or lime base is required. It is a particularly indicated fibre for addition to small manufactured works or for plaster, even in small thickness and with reduced granulometry inerts. Add the fibres to the conglomerate during mixing. Mix, with the drum of the cement mixer at full speed, for at least 5-6 minutes. The dosage, based on use, is normally between 600 g/m³ and 1.5 kg/m³. On average, 250 g of fibres per 200 litre building site cement mixer. The addition of fibres could slightly modify the rheology of the cement mix. Variable according to the type of work to be carried out (screeds, plasters, mortars), on average from 0.6 to 1.5 kg per cubic metre of cement or hydraulic lime based conglomerate.
