aluPLUS is a modern enclosure made from die-cast aluminium for industrial electronics and electronic applications. It is available in the usual standard industrial sizes for the attachment of terminals, PCBs or mounting plates. The areas of application are numerous. aluPLUS is suitable for attachment to the wall outside and for industrial electronics and mechanical engineering. The lid has a recess to accommodate membrane keypads or front plates. The design covers cover the screws of the wall and lid attachment and give the enclosure an attractive appearance. The enclosure should be mounted while closed. Integrated M5 fastening threads in the bottom and lid offer optimum fastening options for a wide range of internal mountings. Die Anforderungen an Gehäuse sind je nach Aufgabenstellung oftmals vollkommen unterschiedlich. Mal dient es der Aufnahme einer Leiterplatte, mal der Aufnahme einer Sensoreinheit für das ESP-System, welches Sie heute in fast jedem Fahrzeug finden. Bei anderen Gehäusen ist eine sogenannte Weichkomponente anzuspritzen, um z.B. einen Ultraschallsensor aufzunehmen. Dieses realisieren wir je nach Stückzahl im 2-Komponenten-Umsetz Verfahren. Natürlich spritzen wir gleichzeitig auch noch zwei Deckel mit Filmscharnier an das Gehäuse, um unserem Kunden die Montage so einfach wie möglich zu machen. Weitere Anwendungen finden unsere Gehäuse bei lebensrettenden medizinischen Geräten. Unsere Gehäuse sind unter anderem in Rettungshubschraubern im Einsatz. profiPANEL enables a total of eight mounting depths to be provided for. Thanks to this wide range of depths, profiPANEL therefore enables almost every conceivable configuration for the internal mounting of components to be realised. The enclosure front of the profiPANEL system is manufactured made-to-measure and provides for the almost edgeless and flush mounting of a front plate. Appropriate cut-outs for a display, switches and more are included in the service provided by ROLEC and are produced ex-works to meet customer specifications. The profiPANEL series includes two desk models for internal mounting. An ergonomically designed profile handle system is available for even more convenient handling, particularly with the deeper profile versions. There is also a 450-mm wide latching keyboard holder as an alternative to the desk, which can be enhanced and/or extended by an additional mouse holder.

aluPLUS è un contenitore moderno in alluminio pressofuso per applicazioni elettriche ed elettroniche in ambito industriale. È disponibile nelle dimensioni industriali standard per il montaggio di morsetti, circuiti stampati o piastre di montaggio. Gli ambiti di applicazione sono numerosi. aluPLUS è adatto sia al libero montaggio a parete sia all'ambito dell'elettronica industriale e della struttura delle macchine. Sul coperchio è già presente un alveolo per alloggiare tastiere a membrana oppure piastre frontali. Le fascette estetiche consentono di nascondere le viti del fissaggio a parete o al coperchio e garantiscono un look accattivante del contenitore. Il contenitore deve essere montato chiuso. Le filettature di montaggio integrate M5 nella parte inferiore e sul coperchio offrono possibilità di montaggio ottimali per diversi componenti interni. Parce que les trois profondeurs des profils de base se combinent, il est possible de concevoir des profiPanel avec huit profondeurs différentes. L’ajout d’un pupitre d’une profondeur de 60 ou 90 mm constitue une autre possibilité d’agrandir le montage intérieur. La face avant du boîtier du système profiPanel est usinée au millimètre près et forme une face avant qui affleure, ne présente quasiment aucun bord et qui est fixée de façon durable au boîtier. C’est pour cette raison que profiPANEL comporte deux variantes de pupitres à monter avec des profondeurs (P) de 60 et 90 mm. La paroi arrière du pupitre est vissée par défaut. Pour un maniement encore plus aisé de profiPANEL, surtout avec les versions de profil les plus profondes, vous disposez d’un système de poignées ergonomique. Il existe également un support de clavier encliquetable d’une largeur de 450 mm en guise d’alternative au pupitre. Celui-ci peut aussi être complété ou agrandi par un support pour souris.

In die Gehäusefront des »multiPANEL Kommando« lassen sich marktübliche Einbaupanel direkt einbauen. Eine kleine Vertiefung im Frontrahmen ermöglicht dabei den nahezu flächenbündigen Einbau des PCs. Außerdem können Frontplatten von vorne oder von hinten in den Rahmen eingesetzt und mittels Klemmstücken fixiert werden. Auch die Kombination eines Panel-Direkteinbaus und einer Teil-Frontplatte ist möglich.Bei der flachen multiPANEL-Version 70 ist die Rückwand wahlweise mit einer plan anliegenden Rückwand erhältlich, die sowohl mit Scharnieren und Schloss als auch in einer verschraubten Version lieferbar ist. Mehr Einbautiefe bietet eine robuste, 15mm tiefe, gerahmte Tür inklusive Schloss und innenliegenden Scharnieren. So kommt multiPANEL auf eine Gehäusetiefe von 85mm. Für noch mehr Gehäusetiefe steht eine 60mm tiefe, gerahmte Tür zur Verfügung, welche ebenfalls mit Schloss und innenliegenden Scharnieren ausgestattet ist.
