There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

Our injection department is also involved in injection molds testing. We test injection molds for tool shops and customers who import molds, e.g. from China. In addition to tool testing, we also assess the quality of workmanship, check the compliance of the construction documentation with the actual state and possible modifications to the forms.

Unsere Firma beschäftigt sich mit der Gestaltung von Kunststoffdetails. Die Konstruktionsabteilung, die mit Formenbauern und Injektionstechnologen zusammenarbeitet, verfügt über ein umfangreiches praktisches Wissen, mit dem wir technologisch korrekte Projekte entwickeln können. Wir arbeiten auch mit Designern zusammen, die uns bei der Gestaltung von Funktionselementen unterstützen.
